    Pros

    Good people. Good benefits. Work/life balance.

    Cons

    Low salary compared to industry average. Bonus program eliminated in 2008, never reinstated. Empty promises. Extremely limited opportunities for advancement. Management seems to make poorly thought out decisions and are constantly jumping from project to project, without actually completing anything. Always chasing the next "great idea" before finishing the last.

    Advice to Management

    Start treating technical people as company assets. There's more to the company than just sales people.
