    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Partner and staff in office are very friendly and great coworkers

    Cons

Weaver isn't worried about employee satisfaction. Too much politics between offices, drama, and not a family friendly environment.

    "Small firm"

    Pros

Offers a good balance between work and life depending on the department. Travel is local since the firm is based out of Texas.

    Cons

The compensation is far below salaries offered by competitors. Since the firm is smaller, you take the risk of getting stuck with a bad manager, and not being able to transfer out to a different project.
