    Pros

Great people to work with, lax environment, potential to make so much money...or that's how it used to be

    Cons

Low hourly pay, new company acquisition had hundreds of LEGENDS laid off. Not very transparent. Super hard work and a lot of stress for commission that could be better. It used to Be great and fair.

    Advice to Management

Pay your people more. You know you can, but won't. Also, keep being awesome personality wise. You've got that.

I worked at Web.com full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free lunch/ coffee Music Everyone is laid back

    Cons

They hired us for a certain base + comission then a month later hired a whole new group with the same entry level skills for $3hr more with the excuse that we the class before them had more commission percentage, but cold calling and making a sale is hard! Sucks they didnt give us a option to change, also the fact that Rep 1 s set up demos then after all that hard work have to depend on Rep 2's who are making way... more money and barely care to finish and sale pitch.

    Advice to Management

Stop having favoritism, allow new people the opportunity to get better generated leads, also be honest about pay. I was offered $15 hr at my interview then the first day of work told it was just about $12 with commission you only make $15hr during training.....
