Pros
WebBank has a very positive culture, from what I have seen everyone is eager to collaborate or lend a hand when you are in need. People are supportive and with WebBank being a remote company, the option to go in the office is there but you don't feel like you are missing out if you work from home. Most employees that I have seen work from home the majority of the time.

I have nothing negative to say, my experience has been nothing but positive.
