No opinion of CEO

Pros

You'll get the chance to say you've worked on some major hotel brands. It's a pleasant office environment, nice chairs. You'll get a free lunch on Fridays and a free Metropass

Cons

Their pricing undercuts the competition, and your salary suffers as a result. The company was still growing when I left, they were still not in a position to being able to charge more.

Advice to Management

Hire a developer to manage developers.
