I have been working at WebMD Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Small company's flexibility tagged with large head office's opportunities.

    Cons

Insurance is cut down every few years
    No retirement plan available
Processes are not innovative and creative
Stock options are worth nothing to employees for the past few years
Manager evaluations are bias because they get evaluated on their individual performance and not on the performance as a team manager
Lack of communication and unity across the company

    Advice to Management

360 evaluation should take place where everyone gets feedback from: managers, colleagues, clients, and peers. It will provide a better reflection on how the individual is performing.
