    Pros

    They have a great atmosphere.The staff is fun and interesting. There is diverse work, and it is a tremendous learning experience.

    Cons

    Work life balance is often non-existent. Salary is competitive with agencies, but considering hours worked, it is considered low.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to invest in developing young talent.

    Pros

    Great friendships culminated from intern program
    Wonderful networking opportunties
    Lots of opportunities to see how industry works
    Work with talented people and different, high-caliber accounts
    Faced paced environment allows growth
    Great for resume

    Cons

    Intern program is revolving door policy- many interns in and out
    Duties can be administrative, some employees take advantage of your title
    Can be difficult to set yourself apart
    Job not guaranteed- many interns extended several times and not hired
    Overall impersonal internship experience
