    Pros

This is a great place to get real world experience when it comes to technology and sales.

    Cons

The pay is awful but then again you do have a lot of flexibility

    Advice to Management

Fight for better benefits for employees so they can have more ownership of Wildcat Tech.

I have been working at Weber State University part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Combine studies and work to increase success in both areas. Studies show that students working on campus perform better in their classes. Working in the computer lab is especially convenient, as there is enough down-time to get other things done, like homework.

    Cons

    Low Pay
Difficult to get more than 20 hours/week
Doesn't appear as "serious" on a resume
