Pros
Webtec is a brilliant company for remote work. Webtec is combination of friendly team, constant support and convenient workflow. The ability to build a convenient work schedule, as well as a fairly convenient and uncomplicated management process, constant communication, and constant development of professional skills - all this makes working in Webtec unique and gratifying
Cons
It is difficult to single out any disadvantages because this work fully meets and satisfies my needs regarding the work schedule, the number of communications, the opportunity to express opinion, as well as the opportunity to develop and not get stuck on monotonous work. I can note a only low salary in my case, but as far as I know, different employees have different salaries depending on their skills and experience

Pros
I haven't felt as empowered working for a company and Webtec exceeded my expectations on that part. Beyond this, the company culture is wonderful. The passion and drive behind all of the work is something I didn't quite imagine existed as I have been used to working solo/freelance. I love working here so much, I get excited every day, no joke.
Cons
Not sure I can think of something bad because if there are things I'm not happy with, there's always a solution for it :)
