Pros

A lot of down time, No one over your shoulder because you will be in a office by your self.

Cons

long hours, no over time, low commission, unclear and unreal goals, Poor upper management, Makes you harass people, poor training, company just opened new branches and then closed all of Ny, A real joke of a company.

Advice to Management

Need to clear house with upper management and rethink their strategy. Poor marketing, No one knows this company and most offices look like a dump. Need to be realistic with values and stop praying on people who are down on their luck. volume comes with marketing. Need to reevaluate pay structure and hours of business.

    Pros

The best thing about the job is that for the most part you work independently and do not have someone breathing down you neck ALL the time. If you miss sales goals though you will be bitched at even if the circumstances are out of your control. If you work hard you will be promoted fairly quickly.

    Cons

-Long hours & no weekends off!
-The commission structure makes it very difficult to hit any bonuses. Dont expect to make more than your base commission of either 1% or 3% depending on your title.
-Management team constantly sends out "sports analogies" or dumb "battle" quotes to try to get people pumped up for sales. They are almost always the same dumb email rehashed 30 different ways.
-For a tech/internet based company they are way behind the times when it comes to IT infrastructure. The networks constantly go down.
-Again long hours 55+ a week. The worst thing is they post the store hours as 10-7 but accept appointments online @ 7pm so you end up having to stay til 8 or 9pm often. Also, when they close for a holiday you do get the day off but they make you work your normal day off. Its basically like not getting any holidays..

    Advice to Management

Sometimes when you threaten employees it decreases performance rather than increases it. Im also sure its one of the main causes of high employee turnover.

    Pros

    Plenty of freedom
    Young company
    Room for expansion

    Cons

    Upper management is narrow minded
    Zero help from upper management
    Authoritative management
    Ridicule when times are tough
    No such thing as holidays
Upper management seems as though they are hiding information

    Advice to Management

    Get back to the fundamentals
    Work for your employees
If you want improvements get into the branches and see first hand what is going on
Do not rush to scream and point out every negative aspect
