Cons

- 2023 they had around 8 sick 8 casual leaves so total 16 leaves a year, plus a "winter shutdown" which is last 10 days of December are completely off, so no work on last 10 days of December Work from home can be taken as per anybody's need - in 2024 leave policy, sick n casual leaves are clubbed together, but now, sick/casual leaves are 8, then there are 8 annual leaves, so total 16 leaves a year, they removed "winter shutdown" so you don't have any other leaves except these 16, only annual leaves are carriable to next year. Now for work from home, you have to take a email based permission from your managers, tagging the he team in cc, that also should be done before your day pf work from home, if it is approved then ok, if it is mot approved, the you are directly done LOP, aldo you can't take 5 days in a row as work from home. They did dirty to one developer, they gave him more than 10 days of LOP since he didn't get his WFH pre-approved, he quit job in august. - 2024 April/october appraisal, where really pathetic, no one got more than 10% hike This decreased employee satisfaction significantly - the company only has "software developers", no testing team, no devops team, each developer is supposed to work on every stack you can imagine, for example Android developer is working with node n react, ios developer is working on node backend n react, there are many such examples. - there were tight deadlines of alot of projects, which increased micromanagement, on top of no hike, the company expects all developers to know everything, backend, frontend, testing (unit + automation), even doing client handling. Since the same person is doing multiple people's job, n they are not getting well payed, they are leaving, almost 15 developers left. 13 developers left - in one case, the client said that "wednesday solutions" is not understanding our roadmap of the product, this was really big client which escalated the issue, the company did typical blame game n blamed it ALL on 2 designers & fired them on same day They said that due to client complaint that their designs were not good, so they were fired, But everyone in the team, including the managers n CEO himself had approved the designs before sending it to client and starting the development work, then how is it only the designers fault? So 2 designers were fired, seeing this other 6 designers also put their paper, the 2 designers put a legal case on the company - 2 marketing n 1 sales person quit which were directly reporting the CEO, stating toxic management - 2025 leave policy Sick/casual leaves are on prorata basis now, meaning you get 2 each quarter, if you take more than 2 in a quarter LOP, that means 8 a year is just a number for paper. Annual leaves are only 4 per year now. Another catch: you can only encash 5 annual leaves total at the leaving of the company, that also those annual leaves should be declined. more rules are added for work from home that the approval has to be taken before 10:30 am, so you have to mail accordingly before the approval, else LOP. Now you can't take 3or more days as work from home. You can check online on their website, they themselves have mentioned their leaves. - following this chain of events, even handling the employees become difficult, seeing this 1 newly joined HR abscunded, other 2 HR have put paper. They have put legal court case on the abscuded HR, and the company is fighting with them. - seeing that people are leaving for one or multiple of these reasons, the CEO started not clearing background verification of resigned employees or not paying them full final money, not giving experience letter n other documents. Those employees also put legal case on company. - seeing the number of people reduced ao drastically, the CEO wanted to hire new people, but there are no HRs anymore, so they took a recruiter on contract basis from another company. - this new recruiter is also not able to hire people since they want a developer who knows all sides of software development, frontend, backend, devops, testing, etc. but the pay given (around 6-8 LPA) is nothing compared to the industry standards. So they are not able to hire new people also. - even if you are thinking that "payment is low, but job security will be there", no it is not there, they are kicking people left n right

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the leave policy, we want to clarify that the recent changes were made after careful consideration. While our previous policy was quite generous, we observed instances where it was being taken advantage of. As a result, we had to revise it to ensure fairness and consistency across the organization. These updates were communicated transparently and are aligned with industry standards. It also seems that some of the concerns raised may stem from misinformation. Unfortunately, when misunderstandings go unaddressed, they can lead to unnecessary resentment and miscommunication across teams. We strongly encourage you to reach out to your manager or HR directly to discuss any concerns or seek clarity. We're always open to having transparent, respectful conversations and working together toward constructive solutions.

Pros

You get macbook for work

Cons

The company appears to be in decline with few new projects, and when projects do arrive, leadership tends to prioritize acquiring more resources or additional client contracts over meeting existing client requirements — often at the expense of quality. A notable example: during a major project that was otherwise going well, leadership imposed extremely tight deadlines that required employees to work weekends, with no compensatory offs provided. The policies have also gotten progressively worse. Time tracking was recently introduced, and the leave and WFH policy is highly restrictive — same-day WFH is not permitted even for illness, and WFH requests must be submitted a day in advance. Leave entitlements are significantly below industry standard, even compared to mid-sized companies. Career growth is not merit-based. Advancement largely depends on personal proximity to the owners, which in practice means voluntarily taking on responsibilities beyond your role and putting in overtime. There is no structured reward or recognition program — outcomes are entirely at the discretion of ownership. Appraisal cycles are changed without notice; for instance, just before the October cycle, employees were informed without prior warning that the cycle was being merged into April, effectively delaying increments by six months for those due in October. If your salary crosses a certain threshold, expect vague justifications during appraisals — such as being told that AI handles your work now, or that you are lacking in areas that were never previously flagged. Overall, favouritism is rampant and the environment gradually erodes both confidence and professional growth.

Pros

No pros losers don't know pros exist in company.

Cons

Very low pay for the amount of work they expect. No proper guidance from management at all. Everyone is just guessing what to do. The environment is toxic and stressful for no reason. People get fired randomly without any explanation, so there’s zero job security. New joiners are expected to know everything from day one, which is just unrealistic. Honestly, there are no pros. Also, the mid-level team leaders and managers seem to make things worse rather than better. Communication is poor, decisions are confusing, and it genuinely feels like it would be easier to have a direct conversation with the CEO than deal with the current management layer.most of the time it feels like they themselves don’t know what they’re doing. You’re left completely on your own to figure things out, and when things go wrong, the blame is pushed down instead of taking responsibility.
