    Pros

Members are really inspiring. Colleagues are good people. The program is solid.

    Cons

You can make more money working at McDonalds! If you do "At Work" meetings you actually see how much money the company is making (because you have to do all the paperwork on your own time!) and can compare it to how little you are being paid. When you sell A LOT of product, you might make more than minimum wage once in a while. This company depends on women who are married to men who can support them because there is no way anybody is ever going to make a liveable wage even working full-time.

    Advice to Management

Stop being so greedy! You wonder why you have so much turnover but never seem able to figure out it's because you don't know how to value your employees. Without the leaders and receptionists, you don't have a program!

    "A part-time job with full-time expectations"

    Pros

Great training program, camaraderie with fellow employees, program that works.

    Cons

Travel center paperwork is ridiculous even for someone with a finance degree; preparing for a meeting when meeting topics are boring and repetitive; preparation takes longer than recommended 1.5 hours; one cannot work a full-time job and do this is their part-time job because there is too much prep time and clean up work (including taking out trash) after meeting; even if considering as a full-time gig, this job does not pay enough to keep the lights on; I will give it to WW, they certainly figured out how to get people to do the work of a counselor, janitor, and petty cash provider without paying even a pittance.

    Advice to Management

Computers for travel centers would lead to less frustration; strive for better meeting topics; better compensation for work effort.
