Pros

The management team at my store treats me very well. They work with my schedule and have already accomodated an emergency. The managers care about me more than just an employee.

Cons

You have to be willing to work a varied work schedule. There have been times that I wanted off on a certain night, but I guess that is retail.

Advice to Management

Continue to run great specials, our customers love good deals!

    Pros

pay to outsiders in the compay is very good if from within the company then it's very bad but the hourly co workers are very nice

    Cons

pay to the insiders, upper management treats everyone beneath them like garbage and they do speak to its so fake, office is in sunbury and everyone who comes in a store thinks there uh hum doesn't stink, they move people without consideration demote people with a snap of a finger and terminate as well, the nastier you are to the hourly people and vendors they look at you more favorably

    Advice to Management

respect for your people will repay big dividens and stop being fake, people can see right through it and it wouldn't hurt to roll up your sleeves and work a little

    Pros

I made some friends, not hard to get a job for being in High School, was OKAY pay, kind of friendly

    Cons

they are not very flexible, (reason I quit is because I wasn't allowed to take off for being sick), very pushy, does not care about family needs, (had to beg to get off for my mom's b-day), had problems during my sports season, not the highest pay, customers were...okay...a little strange, hard to ever take off if needed

(OVERALL - if you want to work here it was fine but you should really know what days you need of like far ahead of time, if you don't well then don't hope in ever getting off for that day

    Advice to Management

be more flexible with family emergencies and changed dates for school because I don't know when these things will happen

(you may also want to tell your workers when you switch their manager because I loved my first 2 managers but the one that replaced them was the one who caused problems)
