Pros
I wasn't sure if the Welfont Group was for me. The very specialized type of real estate that we do seemed to have such a narrow scope with a lot of risk. I've been here long enough to see that what we're doing is not only sustainable, but is also an amazing business model.
I've never worked with more caring management before -- they have been so supportive of me and patient with me.
The Welfont Group also helps non-profits. We provide them the opportunity to acquire and sell property to supplement their budget. The fact that what we do is centered around helping others is one of my favorite reasons to work at The Welfont Group.
Cons
We've had a lot of growth in the past few years and we haven't always planned well for how to support/integrate all of the new staff. Sometimes it has felt chaotic. Like all companies, we also struggle with communication within departments; however, I will say that has been improving in the last month or two.
