Pros

Training. Support. Company culture. Pretty good pay. Virtual work options.

Cons

Offer a maximum of 31 hours per week. No paid holidays or vacation. Primarily offer group supervision and it’s unpaid. Employees can make preferences, but don’t always get the schools and grades they prefer. No room for advancement.

Pros

Everything is digital and paperless. You work and schedule your own hours. Help is available all time around school year. The prefect place to earn the mandatory 500 hours for LMFT applicants. Program leaders and managers and other clinicians are really nice and there are plenty hours for supervisions. Instructions and details are all in one place. Great at communication with staffs Have plenty of locations around southern and Northern California and the Bay. Very generous on gifts.

Cons

This is a school based therapy organization so you work around the district calendar. Summer hours are not always guaranteed or usually notify last hours. Won't be able to attend party or gathering in person if you're far away.
