Pros

At first, it was nice to be one of the early recruits in the AI team

Cons

- Constant management turn-over, highly-skilled executives end up leaving because senior management insists on working old-fashion Wells Fargo way of doing things instead of being open-minded and considering new ways of working - Managers hire "diverse" people to increase diversity and inclusion, but people they end up hiring come with no experience, straight out of college, and the rest of the team is tasked with onboarding new employees - Forget about any promotion or career growth unless you have "connections" in the senior management, or you've proven yourself and got the OK of senior management - there are some really misogynistic project managers who openly violate workplace ethics, intimidation, and harassment, and managers turn a blind eye to issues raised - Ethics line has a lot of complaints coming from AI organizations, but they don't follow-up - AI Trainings are handled absurdly and anyone who raises red flags get retaliation or asked to drop the case and accept unethical data training management - Product designs are mediocrely accepted into production in order to meet "product deadlines"

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
