    Pros

Great benefits package, flexible scheduling, good brand

    Cons

Micromanaged, conference calls, managers are babysitters

    Advice to Management

Give your employees the opportunity to succeed without jumping down their throats with all of these logs, reports, and trackers that need to filled out every other hour.

  2. "Sales oriented, metrics driven, difficult to approve time off through their system."

    Pros

If you like sales, this would be an ideal call center position. The direct management of the sites are very good and helpful towards their direct employees.

    Cons

Difficult to keep up with the changing metrics (during conversion) and is not a good fit for those who don't like sales.

    Advice to Management

I wish that there would have been more of the Wachovia culture absorbed during the merger. I also feel there should have been more open discourse between senior management and first line employees, as there is a disconnect between them.
