Approves of CEO

Pros

Great opportunity for growth and advancement, especially if you're willing to relocate to a larger city within the US.

Cons

Goals are always waaaaaaaaaaaaay above what's attainable, and go up 10% each year. If you reach the goal, it wasnt set high enough for you.

Long hours, little care about life outside of work, no time adjust days for working 9 hours on Saturdays.

Advice to Management

Try to support PTO, rather than making people feel guilty for investing time in their personal life.

    PTO Time
6% 401k Match After a Year of Employment
    Work Hard = Promotion
    Awesome Co-Workers & Training
    Salary is Competitive

    Cons

Constant, Aggressive, Unrealistic Sales Goals (on the contrary, if you are into aggressive sales, then this job is definitely something you should get into—it’s a good company)
System is Flawed: Success is Focused More So On Number of Accounts/Solutions and Not on New $$
    High Turnover Rate

    Advice to Management

When I was in training, I learned a lot in relation to banking, customer service, and business ethics. Was really excited until I got into my assigned branch. What I learned in training was completely contradictory to what I had to do in the branch. My advice is if you are dedicated to wowing every customer and doing what is right for the customer, you have to be realistic with your sales goals. In no way, shape, or form can you meet the goals you give us while keeping your business code of ethics and not “gaming” the system.

    Good Pay (for the area)

    Cons

    Untrained Management

    Advice to Management

Take the time to train all managers to ensure they are all on the same page. Make sure that they are actually coaching their bankers and offering feedback that is going to help improve performance.
