    Pros

I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy working with Wells Fargo. The new hustle and bustle of reorganizing and change is great and makes for more opportunities.

    Cons

With the econonomy and slow growth, jobs are hard to come by. New mgmt opportunities are few and far between.

    Advice to Management

Provide more structure the upper leadership and give clear direction, even if it calls for hard decisions to be made - at least make a decision and stick to it.

    Pros

Great benefits, many locations, easy to transfer. Have many options into management roles, Loans Underwriting, Operations, Business Banking.

    Cons

Most jobs, even management, does not require a degree. Its a sales job. ALOT of product pushing. Be ready to sell things that people don't need. After a few quick position changes you can get stuck pretty fast. Job openings depend on others leaving, being fired, moving. Just because your good in one position does not mean you will be promoted into another.

    Advice to Management

Value the talent you have. Any employees use Wells Fargo as a stepping stone to bigger and better things. Retain good employees and show them they are valued team members. Recognition is key, nothing huge, just saying good job and thank you for what you have done.
