Pros

Free checking account. Great teller - customer relationships. For the most part, co-workers are pretty friendly, are willing to help you succeed.

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE. From branch managers and up. And the higher you go up, the worse it is. Do not be surprised when management walks in and is condescending to everyone, some do not even aknowledge that you exist.
**Most importantly, do not forget that this is a SALES job, this is down played in the interview and hiring process, yet when you walk into the branch, you better start selling, selling, selling.

    Pros

Good time off. Most managers are nice.

    Cons

Cuts to benefits, no more pension, only health savings based health plans now. Get overly micro managed and and they have so many consultants that dream up useless proceedures just so it lookslike they are doing something. Every thing you do is audited, the company wasteshundreds of dollars a day sending overnight mail to customers in the home preservation process. Meanwhile the bonus program was altered, in a way that overall payout is less. I am being paid 9,000 less than the mid point and get fed more non sense daily. The company goes out of its way to make it tough for customers to get the home loan modified, but uses the employee bonus to make more modifications the goal so as to make the customer perceive the bank cares.

    Advice to Management

We all know the Obama solutions to housing are a joke, and you all are doing your best. Just pay better, give annual wage increases based on your 1 to 5 rank, not just top 30% performers. No body is going to give honest feedback in fear of being blackballed. It would be a good idea to hire a mole and have them report the non sense proceedures directly so they can be cut out or at least explained why they exist.
