Pros

Great benefits and starting pay. Can move up quickly. Feeling of helping people is the best thing about the job.

Cons

Constant sales quota. Always requires staying late because of missed goals. Management always wants more and only recognizes your achievements for the first few moments.

Advice to Management

Do not make your employees do things that you say are not professional. Sales are not everything and it is not always best to get the sale.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great income, overtime flexible to get time off.

    Cons

Work long hours at month end. Corporate thinks of you as a number and makes you expendable.

    Advice to Management

Note to Corporate: Treat customers better and employees as well. Getting laid off and not giving a better option to stay in a specific area just to save a few bucks. Not to mention cutting bonuses to not make you want to compete.
