I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

After specific length of time of service, will reimburse for on-going education.
    Flexible for work/life balance

    Cons

Very large organization footprint throughout the US. Difficult to network across the organization in order to hear about opportunities for advancement. Could become siloed in career. However this is true of most large corporations.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Company has been in business for over 150 years and shows stability in most practices. Health and employees benefits are pretty good including paid time off right off the bat.

    Cons

High degree of turnover/low retention. Been through a series of different branch managers and most don't seem to have the basic skills to manage effectively to help ensure retention of talent. Due to lack of adequate staffing, scheduling is a challenge. Went from working a five-day-a-week schedule to working a six-day-a-week schedule without notice from upper management. Not much work/life balance as a result.

    Advice to Management

Focus on performance management for branch and service managers. Most are not very knowledgeable in how to create a positive work environment to increase sales and develop employee loyalty.
