Pros

Pays the bills until you find another job

Cons

Sales goals are terrible. If you do good in the past, it is wiped away with one bad day of sales

Advice to Management

Lower the sales goals according to traffic of branch. Impossible to expect a slow branch to have as many sales as a busy one.

    Pros

MONEY if you like to sell. The benefits are pretty good for just staring out.

    Cons

SALES is tough but you get use to it. There are the up days and the down day but in the end if you work you will make some money. Its a great place to start out at and to get your feet wet. You actrually have to work

    Advice to Management

Take it easy on the expectations. the goals can be unattainable at times.

    Pros

Work environment is inclusive. WFB does not make you feel like an outsider

    Cons

Department closures and not as many avenues for advancement due to centralization of many interesting jobs to the northern states, (Montana, South Dakota). Customer service is measured more on sales and quantity rather than quality.

    Advice to Management

Listen to ALL employees, not just the level 5 ones.
