I worked at Wells Fargo part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, competitive pay, co workers were fun

Some managers do not care whether you succeed or not.

    Advice to Management

Make sure you are paying attention to your turn over rate. It is not always the employee that you need to fire. Before you hire a service manager, make sure she has teller experience or has had teller training.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The company promotes for growth within. I've been lucky to have managers notice that I've worked my way up over my 14+ years with the company.

    Cons

The revenue goals are aggressively high. Even with the economy the way it is, the company still sets high goals, which can create low morale.
