    Pros

    Benefits
Wells Fargo in your resume is a great factor

    Cons

    Difficult to have PTO approved
    Stores are ALWAYS short-staffed
    Ridiculous sales goals
If you wanna move up, you have to make your name known to upper management. Promotion is dependent on the type of manger you have.
Managers are incompetent, not educated - they were just promoted because they had good sales as bankers/tellers - this creates problem because they do NOT know how to manage
They would push sales but when it's time for service, they want you to "speed things" up with customers and managers refuse to reverse fees even though it's the branch's fault

    Advice to Management

    Hire better managers
Do more training - a lot of your PBs, CSSRs and tellers don't have a clue about your own products
Ease up on your sales goals - just cultivate relationship with customers
