I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Wells Fargo and Wachovia's philosophies regarding their customers and employee were very similar. Do right by your customer, team members (employees) and partner and provide excellent customer service,

Cons

With the current economy and legislation, opportunities are few and far between.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

really can't think of any, and I'm not ranting.

    Cons

their lack of concern for their clients, employees, and work-life balance made it impossible to continue working for them. I had ulcers in my mouth, no lunch breaks, unrealistic goals, and expected to hold my subordinates to unrealistic expectations. My management was unavailable to me, but would undermine me by asking my subordinates to complain openly to him/her while I was on vacation. It was okay to break policy if you were told to do so, but if you broke policy that you didn't know existed, due to a recent merger and tons and tons of constantly changing compliance, you would be written up. Just not a pleasant experience overall. Very glad I don't work there, and honestly, probably only a handful of people still working there company wide that I worked with. hopefully in time, they will address these issues and solve them.
