    benefits
    compensation is fair
    nice workplace
    you can learn a lot, but after awhile it gets very boring with no direction

    Cons

    The home preservation department is trying to push a sales environment, with no product to sell. Management is very pushy about numbers, while underwriters are sitting with no work
    very pushy with MANDATORY OVERTIME
    no work structure
    bad training
