I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Solid benefits, great place to work. Performance is rewarded via bonuses and with the ability to move up fast with the company.

Cons

Highly micro managed, if you are not confortable with constant supervision then this is not the company for you. Constantly pushing for daily goals, if you met your goals you have to explain how you achieve them. If you did not, you have to explain what are you doing to achieve them.

Advice to Management

Practice what you preach, make customer service number one priority. Do not measure customer satisfaction by the number of products the customer has.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Reasonable expectations of call center employees. Difficult to be fired unless you consistently miss in one area. There is a lot of opportunity to make lateral and upwards movement. Best starting pay from any call center job I've had or looked at.

    Cons

Workforce services makes all decisions regarding absences. Call center isn't even allowed to override their decision in approving time off.

    Pros

Not too many pros, but you get to work with a lot of really good people...

    Cons

Too much pressure to make numbers, not really worth the pay you are working for.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees better, they will want to work harder on their own.
