I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Best "for profit bank" I've worked for that shows they care about their employees based off of how you are treated by senior leaders, direct leaders, and team leaders. Many job opportunities everyday on the internal job website.

    Cons

Compensations seems low compared to other companies in the direct area. A lot of "new" managers with 3 years or less of experience learning to balance how to manage a team and individuals while learning how to be a manager. Although lots of job postings internally, competition is either high or, a posting is amde just for technicality as the hiring manager already has their person of choice waiting. Good tuition reimbursement plan and benefits

    Advice to Management

Better align with competitor compensation plans in the area. Retaining talent isn't only about thinking the economy prevents people from quitting due to low pay. Projects are only important to plan IF you team like their leadership enough to perform well.
