Positive Outlook

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Great people to work with and plenty of help when needed from my team and supervisors/managers.

Cons

Hours at first were not a fit for my lifestyle or family life. Within 90 days the hours were able to be adjusted.

Advice to Management

What issues my team encounters is dealt with accordingly. I feel as if the management does their job as they should. Any issues at work were dealt with in a professional matter.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay and advancement potential are high

    Cons

Micromanagers who only care about themselves.

    Advice to Management

You need to put someone in charge who is smarter then most. Often Managers get retaliatory when they know their employees know a tad bit more about business.
