I have been working at Wells Fargo as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of new stuff to learn. They seem to switch to new/efficient technologies faster than other heavyweight companies, especially considering the size.

    Cons

Depending on the team you work in, it can get from easygoing to extremely demanding. Due to differences in timezones, it gets quite uncomfortable many times. Managers mostly seem to leave everything to Leads (in different teams) who run the show as they please. So, your work life depends on what kind of team Lead you get (not what kind of Manager you have).

    Advice to Management

Time zone differences need to be managed way more efficiently than how they are right now. They need to talk/listen more to their team members to find out how things are going down the trenches.
