I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits and salary combined with sales incentives make for very good compensation. Sales goals are pretty achievable when given the right tools and placed in a good market. Products are simple and we have Banker Connection which is a very good support phone service that can be a lifesaver. Very easy to move up if you have a good head on your shoulders.

    Cons

Too much stress from the top as it trickles down to us. If you're stuck with a boss who's too numbers-driven, then you will never enjoy a day on the job. Sales goals are achievable, but if you don't achieve them, you will never hear the end of it.

    Advice to Management

Please, please, please make customer service more important than sales. Service = sales, if incentives are in place to provide outstanding service. Stop stressing out the managers so that the environment isn't as tense.
