I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

Good mentoring. Able to learn about multiple businesses. Good work life balance. Able to work from home if need be.

    Cons

Once your working for them it's difficult to get salary & title bumps. Promises were made during the interview process. Make sure you understand exactly how you are able to move up. Hard work is rewarded verbally not always financially.

    Advice to Management

Employees that have proven themselves should be given title & salary recognition. A title bump will improve the employees outlook on the department even without the salary bump.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Decent benefits:
    Health/Dental Insurance
    PTO
    Discounts from other companies

    Cons

Merger with Wachovia went terrible for customers and employees that were with Wachovia. Salaries were cut, main objective is to sell not on a needs basis to the customers but on products they do not need and are basically transferred from person to person until the customer signs up to add an additional product of service, the fee structures were changed. Promised customers they would be grandfathered into their specifics accounts however that was untrue and they made customers switch to up to date plans... communication throughout the company was poor and seems that each branch and call center did not work together but more competitive than anything. There is advancement opportunities however you must be buddies with someone in order to move up it seems they do not look at your education nor tenure.

    Advice to Management

Keep moral up will make happy employees and in turn will make happy customers.
