I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are great, hours our perfect for having a family or social life, pay is fairly decent.

    Cons

Upper management does not take care of there hard workers. Incentives are bogus when it comes to actually hitting the numbers. HIGHLY AGGRESSIVE SALES. and not so customer friendly.

    Advice to Management

Remember your front liners. The people who actually keep business running from day to day; tellers, bankers, service managers, etc. We are not numbers, we are people who are willing to work hard for you. Promote those who deserve it and be more attentive to whats happening in the store physically, instead of looking at a spread sheet and assuming.
