Pros

With the purchase of Wachovia bank there is a talent vacuum. If you want to move up quickly the next 5 years is the time to do it.

Cons

Very demanding job but well worth the compensation

    Pros were all prior to merger

    Cons

    No career opportunity unless you were very young, zero experience and playing with the right people

    Advice to Management

    Take a few classes in management. Promote a few employees that have experience and worked hard for a change.

    Awesome people to work with and great bonuses when you got them.

    Cons

    Pushed to sell something to everyone. They expected you to be very fake to everyone and didn't allow you to be yourself.

    Advice to Management

    Don't abuse your outstanding employees because they are good at their jobs.
