    Pros

    Nice coworkers mostly nice customers.

    Cons

    Higher ups have no respect. Customers are not really cared about. Employees are not valued. Pay is not wonderful. Too many mistakes with employee reviews. Metrics are almost impossible. Very difficult to bonus. Customer reviews are almost impossible to achieve good scores. Supervisors are over worked and stressed. Employees are over worked and stressed.

    Advice to Management

    Center Managers, not supervisors, have some respect for your employees. We respect you and we work very hard to please you and keep our customers satisfied. Supervisors, we understand the pressure you are under and we are doing everything we can for you. Also, the metrics that you make your bankers stick to are ridiculous. We have researched. Other companies do not carry metrics like yours. Also, customer reviews are TERRIBLE. There is a reason for that. Fix communication between the branches and the phone bank. Let us take care of our customers the way they would like to be taken care of. We are lacking SERVICE. We are "get them in, get them out" we are not a fast food chain. We are Wells Fargo and I am no longer proud of where I work. It does feel more like a fast food chain. There are many there that feel this way. Change needs to happen and not the way you are making it happen.

    Decent pay
    Fun and easy couple of weeks of training and getting to know trainers and fellow trainees

    Cons

    Disrespectful management, coworkers, and customers
    Attendance system/PTO
    Health benefits
    High stress
    Supes and leads tapping into your calls
    Mandatory 1 year wait to transfer to another area
    Inability to change shifts unless it's related to school
    Difficult to meet criteria for quarterly bonuses
    Cafeteria
    Sales mentality
    Pointless ongoing training
    Weekly meetings

    Advice to Management

    Stop babysitting and breathing down peoples' necks for EVERY LITTLE THING - call time, referral rate, warms - it gets to the point where it feels like harassment.
    Try having policies that don't get customers angry
