I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great opportunities to right candidates. I started in March 2012 as a part time teller, now in June 2013, I have been a full time personal banker for over 6 month and they just gave me the opportunity to take the series 6 tests to become a licensed banker!

Cons

Can be really stressful to meet sales goals.

Advice to Management

I love the way company treats your employees. Really makes me feel valued. All I have to do is to do my job.

    Pros

Benefits but that goes with any job. Great vacation time given!

    Cons

The standard given to the employee is to modify 14+ loans a month, this includes: goverment modifications, short sales, and deed in lieu. If no of those work then at least you a decision of no modifcation granted which counts to your decision goal monthly of 10+ loans. There are other goals to meet which go into a matrix. The training given is beyond poor, it does not help you once you are on the floor. You actually learn how to do your job on the floor (but they give you a 3 month period to learn, this job takes 1 yr to get the hang of w/out help) but you are lucky IF the tenured teammates you have on your team will provide assistance. You will work past your shift and not get paid overtime because the dept does not have the allowance for OT.

    Advice to Management

Hire managers with a degree. The lack of education and knowledge in the managerial staff shows. Learn to communicate with your employees effectively. Please stop hiring your personal friends to secure a team that only agrees with your opinion and stop making promises to employees of advancement just to make your own team.
