I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They had good benefits and the managers are able to work with you on schedule. They had a good software to use for tellers and it was easy to learn

    Cons

The pay was really low, the environment could be very unprofessional since a lot of young college students usually work there, they want you to do a ridiculous amount of sales for the small time frame you have with a customer at your drive thru or lobby interaction, they micromanage you like crazy and you can get fired if you don't meet the minimum sales requirement, customers would get upset because they hear the same sales pitch every time they go in to do a transaction

    Advice to Management

pay your employees better, hire more professionals rather than college students that you can throw peanuts at, don't treat the tellers like children
