Positive Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great benefits, very competitive pay, unified management team, plenty of teambuilding exercises, great community environment. A lot of opportunity to move up in the company if you desire to.

Cons

The management can sometimes play favoritism with certain people. Sometimes you have to engage in lame teambuilding exercises that seem to waste time or be pointless.

Advice to Management

Continue to keep up the good work. Remember not to micromanage your employees. It's important to maintain an anonymity when doing surveys within teams.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, lots of vacation even starting new and some flexibility with your schedule once you are established.

    Cons

Wells Fargo values different parts of the bank than the banks they purchase so it is possible to get stalled in a position without much chance of advancement without moving to one of their favored departments.

    Advice to Management

Give your sales force a reason to want to work and sale, if the best thing a sales person can do at the end of a quarter is go on vacation you have a bad incentive program
