Approves of CEO

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Continuous advancement, caring management, various career paths, recognition. I was hired last year in May as a part-time teller and have already been promoted two times --it's pretty great for my first job out of high school. If you're sales-minded, energetic, and extremely motivated to be the very best, this is the perfect company for you.

Cons

The pay could be better.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Gained experience in banking. Customer service was still an important factor to employees and management.

    Cons

Little reward for hard work. Too much favoritism in the District where I worked. Being the most mature employee in the bank was not fun at all. Incidences of disrespect and bad judgement went without reprimand except to the person less liked.

    Advice to Management

Treat all employees with respect and equality. Reward the ones doing a good job and reprimand those that do not. The company may be overall a very good company, but in my district, it was not. Pay scale is low and tellers are not given the respect they deserve.

    Advice to Management

sales does not equal great customer service
