I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Decent Sal, Good Benefits (401km vacation etc), OK health insurance.

Cons

Cant move up unless you have good connections, your experience and skill is not worth unless you know someone

Advice to Management

Look at what our managers are doing, how they hire Full time staff, whom they promote and on what basis.

    Pay, sales goals and a lot of pressure

    Advice to Management

    You have great recruits but you need to know how to keep them. In my training group of about 20, the longest someone stayed was 3 years. Pay more for those with college degrees.
