    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

None that I can think of.

    Cons

The absolute worst health benefits in the industry. Also, starting PTO is very bad. The moral is dreadful.

In my years of service, I didn't see anyone get promoted.

    Advice to Management

The reason why WFIS is not profitable is because retention is terrible, and that's how you make money in insurance. The reason why retention is terrible is because you don't care about the employees that service accounts, and only focus on rewarding salespeople.

We have very uninspired leadership that is more concerned about looking good to the CEO than making a positive impact. Imagine if someone came along and actually rewarded good employees beyond a 1-2% raise? It's easy to cut costs. It's hard to motivate people to get them to perform at their best.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

upward mobility, benefits, low starting salary. you are expected to move up every year.

    Cons

sales sales sales. Sales are more important than doing the right thing for the customer. Branches will open accounts for their employees just to hit numbers. Be prepared to force customers into products they do not need. The customer is not important, only numbers. Long hours, Saturdays. The dishonest employees succeed. Honest employees are forced out.

    Advice to Management

Start caring about the customer and sales will come on their own.
