I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

I love what I do. Working with customers and my team members. Management encourages movement up in the company and they provide self pace courses you can take to help make you a more valued employee.

Cons

training quality varies depending on what department you are in.

Advice to Management

So far my experience with management has been positive.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Big name, good benefits and a good training program.

    Cons

poor management, poor inner politics & inner communications across the board. Majority of the people do not care who you are or what your role is...just want you to be a robot and produce obscene numbers to hit obscene (not reachable) goals. Employees are treated poorly and without regard to how hard they work.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like you do to the people you all work with in the upper echelons of the company. They are the front line to your company and they are the ones who line your pockets with the goods and lifestyles you all want to have. These people want to create meaningful lifes themselves as well as take care of the major life occurances: shelter/food/family/etc. Not worry minute to minute whether or not they will be written up or fired cause they didnt produce the ridiculous numbers you set out for them to hit. Pony up and be the bright shinning example you give in your interviews and during training of how awesome company is. Rather than the overbearing vampires you turn out to be when a new employee hits the floor in any of the positions.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work with schedule, team player, good wages.

    Cons

This company bought out an existing company, lost a lot of good employee's due to changing too much to soon.

    Advice to Management

Look inside your office to recruit jobs before looking else where.
