    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

OK pay, good benefits, hours; sundays off (stand alone branch)

    Cons

EXTREMELY difficult to hit sales goals if you're at a branch with high value customers/clientele; customer service reps have an upper hands because they have teller experience and have banker duties and have goals to hit so of course they won't pass sales off to PERSONAL BANKERS; the sales goals are a bit on the ridiculous end when you don't have a full 8 hours to be able to interact with customers; saturdays are you get out at 4 unless you have to cold call…until 530. lot of politics, favoritism, etc…if you start in the middle of a quarter, you will be expected to perform at an experienced bankers level, full quarter or not. commissions get paid out every THREE MONTHS with a cap.

    Advice to Management

give new bankers (who have no experience) a full quarter to catch up to par with bankers and reps who already have experience and clientele. Also, if you're going to have bankers train and learn how to do business accounts, allow them to do it in the branch too instead of waiting a year to prove themselves.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

None at this Place if you consider yourself above average.

    Cons

Kill you career, if you stay too long no growth unless you are willing to change the color of your nose to brown

    Advice to Management

Have a system for checks and balances, idiots get promoted.
