I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, easy to move up with no education needed, money can be good if your good at sales and are a shark and not afraid to sell your soul.

    Cons

The pressure they put on you for sales makes it to where you start screwing people over to just to meet your daily sales goals even when you know that the people your doing this to don't really need all these extra accounts. The sales are so crazy that you start to lie to people about what they are signing up for and you take advantage of their negligence and naiveness.

    Advice to Management

    Stop harassing your bankers
