    Pros

Wells Fargo is a substantial and reputable company to work for. They will expect you to push and challenge yourself to your highest potential to gain the clientele and the great part of that is they will support you 100% of the way with great management and training.

    Cons

Long Hours and big on regulations, however, that speaks to the longevity of the company's outlook. Really there is not a con.

  2. "Great benefits, terrible management (if any)."

    Pros

Wonderful health benefits, not much else.

    Cons

Poor compensation for the workload. Always understaffed. Poor organization in management.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to what employees say, but also get a clue if a single manager makes every supervisor quit within a six month period.
