I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Energetic and motivated team members who wanted to help customers

    Cons

sales pressure and lack of help from upper management. sales over service.

    Advice to Management

goals should be evaluated based on possible production for each region, as double digit revenue growth expectations will result in team members going away from service to sales and thus loosing customers

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

A paycheck and a consistent work schedule.

    Cons

Ridiculous sales goals just to make minimum, and even worst to make pay out. Pay out bonuses are a joke. Benefits are horrible, who would only want a HSA with an entire family to support. Morning meetings always included threats of being terminated if goals are not met.

    Advice to Management

Make goals realistic for individual branches. Learn how to value the employees who start the relationship between the customer and the business.
