I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Wells Fargo has a great training program and many incentives to work toward. They recognize accomplishments. You gain personal relationships with customers that you will get to work with on a continuous basis.

Cons

Depending on management you can really feel the weight for the need to sell. At times this can be stressful. Mostly, the need to provide excellent customer service because customers are surveyed and it effects the team as a whole. Bad surveys = less bonus pay for you. So team work is a plus!

Advice to Management

Be good at coaching your team and strive to be the positive example you want to see from the employees.

    Pros

good benefits, strong company, good 401k plan. can work with some good people

    Cons

sales pressure too high.. outlandish sales goals and guidlines created by the company.

    Advice to Management

if you are gonna change.. just change.. people at the branch level are not happy.. they are stressed and it can cause issues. many managers have left due to the added stress and ridiculous hours that they are taken advantage by because they are exempt employees.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Large company with many different career options.

    Cons

Large company with little care for the employee. Internal position postings are more of a joke than an option.

    Advice to Management

When someone excepts a position with a company the expect to continue down that career path. Alterations to this should not be made if it can be avoided. If nothing else can be done give this person the option to move back into the role they were hired for in the first place in it comes available.
