I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Decent pay for the required work

Cons

unorganized sales strategy, goals are continuously changing which basically makes it difficult to make your comp. Places you in a position to where it becomes a Catch 22 situation; if you don't hit your min sales, you get scrutinized, if you go above and beyond your sales goals, questions are raised and mgmt become suspicious you are gaming the system.

Advice to Management

Change the Sales strategy and comp plans, its garbage and can make employees feel under-valued, therefore less motivated.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Competitive salaries, benefits and a good schedule. There is opportunity for advancement and networking. The training is the best in banking and a couple of years at Wells Fargo can lead to a great career in banking.

    Cons

The company focuses on sales over customer service. You can only be recognized for the number of "solutions" that you get each day and the management encourages or turns a blind eye towards some unethical behavior.

    Advice to Management

Find new ways to measure performance and avoid just promoting top sales people to managment positions.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

    Good benefits, some nice supervisors.

    Cons

Out for themselves, trained to lie to customers as to why we are charging fees, fees, and fees.

    Advice to Management

Listen to lower level employees, and what THEY need to thrive in this high stress environment.
