Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time

Pros

Good benefits, some nice supervisors.

Cons

Out for themselves, trained to lie to customers as to why we are charging fees, fees, and fees.

Advice to Management

Listen to lower level employees, and what THEY need to thrive in this high stress environment.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Working for a established, large bank has a lot of perks. Stability being one, even through the Wachovia merger, there were minimal layoffs. If you're located in a city with a large presence, there will be lots of opportunity to grow within the organization. Competitive product offering and some great managers.

    Cons

Hard to make large changes and to always stay connected to the value of your work.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You can always get time off, they have a set hours no matter how slow business is. Pay is decent but only a dollar more than min wage. There is a little bit of bonus you can get every quarter.

    Cons

Managers get moved around so much. People are always doing whats better for their sales rather then the customer. Its hard to watch co workers force others into something that will not help them financially.

    Advice to Management

Stay in one spot. And be nice to your tellers.
